Senior OTC Delivery Lead

Summary:

The Senior OTC Delivery Lead is crucial for leading the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a global SAP transformation initiative. This role ensures effective alignment between business needs and IT solutions during the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Working model: Remote+ 6 times per month work from Office in Warsaw
• Budget: 200-220 zł/hMain Responsibilities:

Core duty includes owning and leading the OTC workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Own and lead the OTC workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation

Drive global design and standardization of OTC processes (Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections)

Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external implementation partners

• Lead end-to-end delivery: from blueprint/design to go-live and hypercare
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Support change management and drive adoption across regions
• Coordinate dependencies with other workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

Key Requirements:8–10+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Proven track record in global SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA)

Experience as a Delivery Lead, Stream Lead, or similar role in large transformation programs

Strong understanding of integrations (e.g., Finance, Logistics, eCommerce)

Solid stakeholder management experience at senior level

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plusNice to Have:

Familiarity with financial and supply chain processes
