Your role

You will support Capgemini’s UK& I Legal Client Operations team on external customer-facing technology services deals, from RFI/RFP/tender review and bid support through customer-paper negotiation, contract signature and post-signature matters. The role is for a commercial/IT lawyer with regular supplier-side contracting experience in competitive customer environments. You will work with sales, delivery, commercial, finance, bid, data protection and security stakeholders, helping the business assess risk, propose pragmatic negotiation positions and communicate concise legal advice on what can be accepted, negotiated, mitigated or escalated. We are hiring one role; appointment level will depend on the candidate’s directly relevant experience.
