Contract type: B2BCapacity: Full-timeRate: 150-190 PLN + VAT / h🚀 About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer / Tech Lead to join Kyotu Technology and help build and evolve complex enterprise systems.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, writing high-quality code, mentoring developers, and supporting teams in delivering scalable, reliable software solutions.

Our teams have real influence on technical decisions and the way software is built.🧠 Your responsibilitiesdevelop and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Bootlead technical initiatives within the development team and support engineers in delivering high-quality solutionscollaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to understand business needsparticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution designwrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code following engineering best practicesreview code, mentor team members, and promote high engineering standardsidentify technical challenges and proactively propose improvementssupport software delivery throughout the entire development lifecyclecontribute to continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD, and engineering practicesexplore and evaluate new technologies and engineering approaches🧩 Must havesminimum 8+ years of commercial experience in software developmentvery good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application developmentexperience acting as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or senior technical mentorexperience developing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven applicationsexperience with REST APIs, messaging solutions (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ), and system integrationsexperience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesstrong understanding of software design principles, scalability, security, and performance optimizationability to support technical decision-making and guide development teamsstrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindsetwillingness to evaluate and adopt new technologies where they create business value
