WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGES BE?

Gathering and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders

Translating requirements into features, user stories and functional documentation
Driving requirements throughout the entire lifecycle, from elicitation to handover to development teams
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across complex banking and technology environments
Supporting the migration from legacy banking systems
Working closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation
Analysing data flows, reporting requirements and integrations with the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW)

Identifying dependencies, risks and impacts related to system changes and new functionalities

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
Hands-on experience in the Statements domain, including statements and reporting processes
Professional knowledge of reporting solutions and data-related requirements
Experience working in the banking sector, preferably within large financial institutions
Proven track record of working in large-scale transformation programs (300+ people)

Strong requirements engineering skills, including gathering, analysing and documenting business needs

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
