INTRODUCTION & SUMMARYWe are seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure that HR operations run smoothly and compliantly, while also partnering with stakeholders to enhance processes. The successful candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in payroll management and employment law across the Nordic countries. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities will include:

Owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, proactively improving processes.

Ensuring HR data integrity, generating analytics reports for business needs.

Acting as a subject matter expert on employment law and HR compliance.

Managing relationships with external payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Monitoring SLAs, managing provider performance, and resolving discrepancies.

Partnering with team members to design scalable people processes aligned with growth strategies.

Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging data for insights.

Providing operational support and guidance to managers and employees. KEY REQUIREMENTS10+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Ops.

Experience managing external payroll providers across Nordic countries.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Proven ability to own and improve processes end-to-end.

Experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting.

Fluent in English and Danish. NICE TO HAVE

Experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
