Finance Transition & Transformation Manager with German

We are seeking forexperienced Finance Transition Managers to lead a large-scale Finance transition programme, moving in-scope Finance processes into a Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services operating model.

This is a hands-on consulting role, covering the full transition lifecycle — assessment, design, knowledge transfer, parallel run, and stabilisation — for Finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) and FP& A.

You will own the end-to-end transition of your assigned Finance process(es), working directly with in-country teams, retained finance functions, and senior stakeholders in Germany.
