About the role: What's in the Box

As a Senior Data Product Engineer on the Marketing Customer Profile team under Growth Alliance, you will design and scale the foundational data layer that powers high-impact personalization and real-world segmentation. You will be responsible for integrating diverse data sources into a unified customer view, enabling advanced AI/ML modeling and real-time marketing activations. By optimizing our Databricks-based infrastructure, you will ensure our data is the engine behind every personalized customer journey.
