What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and API-based integrations supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
Build scalable, secure APIs and services integrating internal applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems.
Develop backend solutions using C# and .

NET, with a strong focus on enterprise application integration.

Work extensively with SQL and relational databases, including data modelling, query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Contribute to the architecture and modernization of enterprise platforms, including legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives.
Improve system resiliency, scalability, performance, automation, and operational efficiency.
Work with DevOps teams on production issues, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Participate in automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery processes.
Continuously improve applications and integrations using modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

What’s Required

6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with enterprise or business-critical applications.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .

NET.

Strong SQL and relational database skills, including data modelling, query optimization, and debugging.
Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Experience integrating enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems.
Experience with automated testing, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
Working knowledge of cloud environments and distributed systems.
Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.
