We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing) to support an Enterprise Recipe Management initiative. This role is pivotal in identifying high-value business opportunities and pre-assessing their feasibility and size to build robust business cases. The successful candidate will serve as a functional expert, designing and documenting detailed user requirements and process flows for a core recipe management application and its integrations with MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems. This is a highly collaborative role that requires balancing the needs of business stakeholders with the capabilities of technical teams while exploring innovative Generative AI/ML use cases.

Start date: ASAP
End date: 31 December 2026 (extension possible)
Workload: 80–100% FTE
Location / Timezone: CET or NALA time zone (availability between 3–7 PM CET required)
