Your responsibilities would include:
Supporting Process Owner in proactively managing respective process and design topics, including but not limited to:supporting Process Owner in proactively managing respective process and design topicsidentifying and analysing user requirements within (VAT, WHT) area, including relevant end-to-end transactional, cross-stream processesensuring alignment of process design with global standards, legal/tax frameworks, and strategic objectivesproviding expert knowledge of the subject areabeing responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situationparticipating in governance boards or design meetings to represent process-related topicsidentifying business process improvements and changes and communicating them to the product teamacting as a change agent by promoting process adoption and standardization across OpCosvalidating the process designs, contributing broader tax topics design and supporting Product Experts on platform designensuring process changes are modelled/updated in HEP
Mmaintaining process documentation and ensuring alignment with evolving business and legal requirementscross-functionally aligning and collaborating with Product Experts to ensure the platform supports the intended processworking in close collaboration with product team and acting as a liaison between business users and technical teamssupporting standing organisation and deployment activities.
Being a point of contact towards OpCos, including but not limited to:supporting the OpCo on their change management journey and making the change stickensuring OpCos remain compliant with standard processes (PDDs), Legal/Tax governance requirements, and Data Management Standardsworking with OpCos to foster active participation and ownership of the new solution (processes & tools) and ensuring a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, training, etc.)supporting developing and implementing standard operating procedures developing, implementing and safeguarding control environment, in line with the HEINEKEN Tax Control Frameworktranslating business needs into process flows and documentationsupporting communication and alignment between global and local stakeholders during deploymentsassessing impact of issues on process compliance and operational flowfacilitating feedback loops with OpCos to capture improvement ideas and pain pointscoordinating and supporting on global SIT, supporting Deployment team on End-to-End testing (SIT and UAT) and ensuring that process-related controls are tested and validated during SIT/UAT.
You are a good candidate if you have:strong understanding of how SAP and tax platforms support end-to-end tax processes5+ years of experience in end-to-end transactional, cross-stream tax processes and process design with a strong understanding of (tax type) and with experience in compliance roles, with a particular focus on Withholding Tax (WHT) and indirect taxesability to assess business impact and urgency of incidents and requestsstrong analytical skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build collaborative relationshipseffective communication skills, presentation and time management skillsexperience with translating business needs and queries into technical system languagebackgroundwith issue analysis, system testing and training deliveryhands-on experience in facilitating workshops and gathering process requirementsexcellent English skills. You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:experience working at HEINEKEN, with an understanding of tax-relevant processesproficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio, HEPM) and process mining tools (Celonis)track record of collaborating across different streams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end process effectiveness.
