• For our client in the finance sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The client offers digital and regulated software solutions that optimize the value chain of financial institutions. You will join a project focused on building a white-labeled, highly configurable SaaS financial platform based on a B2B2C sales model ('

Marketplace as a Service'). This solution enables banks and financial intermediaries across Europe to optimize investment product distribution, quickly enter digital direct sales, and stay fully compliant with regulatory and UX standards.

Your Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements using structured methodologies.

Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose enhancements for system performance.

Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between product management, engineering, QA, and compliance teams.

Technical Specifications: Develop actionable requirement documentation and assess technical feasibility alongside system architects.

Implementation Support: Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure accurate translation of requirements into working software.

Lifecycle Management: Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and maintain documentation throughout the project.

Requirements

Proven track record in Requirements Engineering / Management within the Fintech or Blockchain sectors.

Core knowledge of stock exchange operations, trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations.

Experience with Product Ownership frameworks or a strong product-oriented mindset.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Confluence).

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum B2 proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Cultural fit for the client’s fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) applications.

Conversational or fluent German is a considerable advantage.
