Senior Business Analyst – Data & Transformation

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Support data analysis, data mapping and data-related initiatives.
• Work with data management and data movement processes.
• Support solution design, delivery and UAT.
• Prepare and maintain BA documentation, including requirements and process documentation.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Support project governance, reporting and delivery activities.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience working closely with business and technology teams.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with data, ideally including data management, data mapping or data movement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and quickly understand complex business environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with UAT and supporting delivery teams.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Optional

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with customer data or customer engagement initiatives.
• Previous experience with Pega or similar platforms.
• Experience with BRDs, RTMs and solution documentation.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes.
