Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an extensive healthcare initiative focused on the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing evolution of a large-scale medical database.

In this role, you will lead the requirements engineering process, translating complex domain needs into precise functional/non-functional specifications, User Stories, and architectural models using standard modeling notations.

• Responsibilities
• Elicit, specify, and detail functional and non-functional requirements, features, and actionable User Stories for development teams. Create detailed analytical artifacts including Use Case diagrams, State diagrams, Entity-Relationship models, and Interaction diagrams.

Utilize formal modeling languages (ArchiMate, BPMN, UML) to map business processes to technical database and system structures.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in business analysis and system modeling within large-scale, complex software environments.

Advanced proficiency in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, or equivalent visual modeling frameworks.

Deep expertise in drafting comprehensive User Stories, ER diagrams, state machines, and system interaction flows.

Background or strong familiarity with medical, healthcare, or high-compliance database projects.
