Senior Application Support Engineer

Your responsibilities:

Providing 2nd line application support and resolving incidents, problems, and change requests.

Troubleshooting applications, databases, and system environments.

Supporting releases, deployments, and system changes.

Monitoring application performance and ensuring service stability.

Coordinating technical activities and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.

Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

We are looking for you, if you have:

Higher education/ minimum engineer/ bachelor

• Very good communication skills
• Good coordination skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Supervising work of Junior Specialists
• Customer oriented
• Fluent EnglishAt least 5 years of experience as Specialist supporting applications (analysis and providing solutions for incidents, problems and changes), preferred experience in work as second line support
• Ability to learn quickly new technologies and business processes
• Knowledge of relational data base (Oracle)

Good knowledge of SQL/MS SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/linux, Sharepoint

Knowledge of Documentum platform (for system services based on Documentum)

Ability to plan and organize work of teams

• Customer oriented
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Being fluent in at least one of the main IT technologies.

Analytical skills

• Knowledge of software building process
• General knowledge of business processes
• Knowledge of ITIL and Release Management proces (ITIL Foundation Certificate)

Readiness to work in the project or operations

Nice to have: Experience in pharma industry or international company

Good knowledge of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and IIS 7Knowledge of HP ALM / HP Quality Center from administrative perspectiveWe offer:
