Senior AI Native Engineer

AI-Native Software Developer – Agentic CodingWe are looking for an AI-Native Software Developer who is excited about agentic coding, AI-assisted software development and AI agents.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use AI as a coding assistant, but understands how to organize, orchestrate and work effectively with AI agents to build software faster and better.

What you’ll doDesign and build AI agents and agentic workflows for software engineering and business use cases.

Use AI coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow.

Experiment with agent orchestration, prompting, context management, tool use and multi-agent workflows.

Build applications and services where LLMs and AI agents are first-class components.

Integrate APIs, tools and external services that agents can interact with.

Continuously explore new AI-native development patterns, models and frameworks.

Work with developers, architects and AI specialists to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

Your experience

Strong professional experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer.

Excellent knowledge of at least one programming language.

TypeScript / JavaScript and full-stack experience are highly preferred.

Strong developers with Java, .

NET/C#, Python or other backgrounds are also welcome if they have some TypeScript/JavaScript experience.

Strong software engineering fundamentals: APIs, architecture, testing, Git and debugging.

Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, agents or LLM-powered applications.

Ability to quickly learn and experiment with new AI technologies.

Understands how to give agents the right context, tools and constraints.

Is comfortable orchestrating multiple agents and reviewing their output critically.

Is highly motivated, curious and excited about the rapid evolution of AI development.
