Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master will work closely with the product development team to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality expectations. This role will also serve as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping the team consistently achieve its objectives.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Identify, escalate, and remove impediments affecting team progress.

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

Track Agile KPIs and support timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote Agile maturity.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of Scrum Master experience in software or product development environments.

Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Employment conditions:

B2B contract (rate negotiated individually, up to 160 PLN net/h + VAT)
