Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and PI/Sprint-related activities

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery
• Drive transparency of team progress, risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery commitments
• Remove delivery obstacles and coordinate resolution of cross-team dependencies
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and planning
• Monitor and improve Agile metrics including velocity, predictability, lead time, cycle time, and delivery quality
• Facilitate collaboration across business stakeholders, architects, operations, vendors, and development teams
• Support release planning, governance activities, and management reporting
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, quality, and operational excellence
• Support adoption and maturity of Agile and DevOps practices
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and follow-up of delivery actions
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives
• Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments

• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
• Practical experience working with cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, testers, and infrastructure specialists
• Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
• Practical experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics and delivery KP
• IsAbility to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and continuous improvement
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Nice to have:

Certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or similar

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably financial services or regulated industries
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering concepts
• Experience working with distributed and geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of IT governance, operational risk, compliance, and security requirements
• Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or large-scale Agile frameworks such as SA
• FeFamiliarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP and modern software engineering practices
• Experience facilitating workshops, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
