SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - (Maternity Cover | 14-Month Contract)

Your responsibilities

• Assess and challenge business change requests and new implementations within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR best of breed platforms used by OPmobility.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical and integration specifications.
• Lead the delivery of projects in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, integration, and API standards.
• Manage interfaces between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Employee Experience solutions.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (Position Management).
• Experience with modules such as Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding (Performance & Goals is a plus).
• Experience with other platforms such as ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Enablon is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Fluent English.
