SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation and Variable Pay)

We are seeking expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay to support our upcoming global compensation campaign. We require support with end-to-end configuration across multiple countries, ensuring that regional requirements and global standards are accurately reflected. We expect expertise in translating business and functional requirements into robust technical configurations within SuccessFactors. The engagement will include configuration validation, unit testing, user acceptance testing support, documentation, and issue resolution. We also require strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, HR teams, and other project participants. Following the campaign rollout, we will need ongoing functional support and guidance to maintain solution quality and business continuity.

Objectives and DeliverablesWe aim to deliver a well-configured, thoroughly tested, and globally aligned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay campaign supported by clear documentation and reliable post-launch expertise.

Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay programs for a global organization with multiple country setups.

Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, accurate, and compliant technical configurations.

Execute and document comprehensive unit testing, including test scenarios, expected results, and defect tracking.

Provide support for UAT preparation, execution, stakeholder feedback, and issue resolution.

Produce clear functional and configuration documentation for business and technical stakeholders.

Validate country-specific requirements, eligibility rules, compensation guidelines, worksheets, calculations, and approval workflows.

Support campaign readiness, deployment activities, and go-live coordination.

Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations after implementation.

Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and configuration gaps.
