SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (Mid / Senior)

About the Opportunity

Yard Corporate is looking for SAP Finance Consultants at Mid and Senior level for an S/4HANA delivery role.

If you enjoy understanding how finance operates, translating business requirements into configuration, and seeing your solutions through to production, this opportunity is built around that work. We welcome consultants with 4+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience. Your level will reflect the complexity of the work you can own and the decisions you have made on real projects.

The Role

You will connect finance requirements with practical SAP solutions, working across design, configuration, testing and deployment.

For Mid-level consultants, the focus is on independently delivering a defined functional scope and deepening S/4HANA expertise. Senior consultants will take broader ownership of solution decisions, stakeholder workshops and delivery within their area.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate finance requirements into functional designs and SAP FI configuration.
• Work across relevant areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.
• Support integration between FI, CO and logistics processes.
• Participate in S/4HANA implementation, conversion or rollout activities.
• Work with business users on testing, reconciliation and period-end processes.
• Collaborate with developers on functional specifications and enhancements.
• Support data migration, cutover and post-go-live stabilization within your scope.

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of hands-on SAP FI consulting and configuration experience.
• Practical involvement in an S/4HANA implementation, conversion or rollout.
• A good understanding of financial processes and FI–CO integration.
• Experience translating business requirements into working SAP solutions.
• English at B2 level or above.

For Senior-Level PositionsWe additionally look for independent ownership of a substantial functional area, experience guiding design decisions, and the ability to lead discussions with finance stakeholders. Go-live and cutover experience will be particularly valuable.

Nice to Have

• SAP DRC, KSeF or other e-invoicing experience.
• SAP Group Reporting or consolidation processes.
• Data migration and reconciliation.
• SAP Fiori and finance process improvements.
• ABAP debugging or experience writing functional specifications.

You do not need experience in every area above. Strong SAP FI expertise and relevant delivery experience matter most.

Compensation

Mid: PLN 22,000–28,000 net + VAT per month on B2B.

Senior: PLN 28,000–38,000 net + VAT per month on B2B.

The offer will reflect your project experience, functional expertise and level of ownership.
