Your responsibilities

• EDI Implementation & Support
• Work with internal/external teams to implement new EDI requests and handle changes in EDI invoicing/billing
• Analyze EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and implement them in company solutions
• Collaborate with process/business specialists to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Assist in identifying and resolving EDI-related issues to ensure smooth data transmission
• Communicate with external clients to explain technical EDI details
• EDI project coordination
• Schedule, organize, and moderate meetings with business
• Assist in documentation and reporting
• Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support – resolving incidents and service requests
• Gather requirements and implement change requests in area of SAP SD and MM
• Setting up systems for new trading partners
• Monitoring daily information exchange and alerting issues
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring compliance with EDI protocols and standards.

Our requirements

• Understanding of SAP SD
• Understanding of XML
• Strong customer attitude, good English communication (written and oral), interpersonal interaction skills is a must
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Proven hands-on experience with configuration & customization in SAP SD and MM
• Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), IDocs, and APIs
• Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of business operations in sales and purchasing
• Solid understanding of EDI standards and practices – EDIFACT, XML
