Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R& D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a SAP ECC HCM Support Consultant to join one of our teams!

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC HCM Support Consultant to provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements across our SAP ECC HCM landscape.

The role covers a broad range of SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, ESS/MSS, integrations, and ongoing application support. While the consultant will be involved in all HCM-related activities, strong expertise in Time Management and Time Evaluation is a mandatory requirement, as these areas represent a significant portion of the functional scope and support activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve issues, support projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
