Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R& D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementor to join one of our teams.

The Marketing Cloud Implementor will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, execution, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role ensures that customer journeys, segmentation, automations, and data flows are implemented accurately and continuously improved. The role includes ownership of QA, new features, bug fixes, ensuring high-quality delivery and system stability. This role will work closely with the Marketing cloud team manager, external Solution Architecture Partner (infrastructure / deep technical design) and cross-functional teams across CRM, Marketing, Data, and Commerce
