ROS Engineer

We are looking for experienced ROS Engineers to support the migration of an autonomous vehicle platform from ROS 1 to ROS 2. The platform operates as an autonomous UGV and integrates navigation, localization, vehicle control, GNSS, CAN-connected hardware, sensor systems, and higher-level autonomy capabilities.

This is not a greenfield project. You will work with an existing production robotics platform, analysing ROS 1 architecture, identifying migration challenges and dependencies, and helping shape a maintainable, production-ready ROS 2 solution while preserving existing system behaviour. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can guide engineering decisions, support the delivery team, and collaborate closely with customer engineers throughout the migration process.
