We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances / RTV / IT equipment. Join us and provide remote support to users of well-known products.

🚀 We recruit remotely! Learn about the stages of recruitment:

Screening - initial phone or e-mail contact.
Language test.
Online interview via Teams.
Information for you on our decision.

💼 What we offer:

Civil contract – PLN 48.00 gross/hour.
Bonus system depending on quality indicators agreed for the service (+2 PLN / +4 PLN gross/hour)
Flexible cooperation model – you decide on your availability within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00). Availability is declared independently by the contractor and agreed on an ongoing basis in line with service needs.
We provide all equipment necessary to perform your duties remotely, ensuring compliance with security and data protection requirements.
Access to the MyBenefit platform, where you can exchange the points you receive each month for private medical care, sports card, shopping codes, cinema tickets, and much more.
