✅ Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant📍 Remote (within Poland )

Hey!

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.

Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.

Providing information on products and their functionality.

Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎Fluency in Finnish C1.

Excellent command of English B2.

Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.
