Recruting Specialist

Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are being met with client’s long-term strategy; Devise and implement sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search for specialty roles) to build pipelines for potential applicants; Create job description, source applicants, compile lists of most-suitable candidates, interview and hire candidates; Provide short-listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager; Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to create and implement end-to-end hiring processes, Provide feedback on Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and programs to Talent Acquisition CoE, Provide input for HR Ops knowledge base (wiki or similar systems). 2+ years of relevant professional experience; 5+ years of experience for a senior-level position; An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., Proficiency in the local language: German and English are required., A strong sense of accountability and be action-oriented; Ability to plan and align activities, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, maintain a strong customer focus, and continuously optimize work processes.
