QMS Coordinator

Your responsibilities Designing, implementing, and continuously improving a compliant Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and applicable space industry requirements

• Ensuring consistent application of quality standards across projects and supporting overall product quality and compliance culture
• Supporting Project Assurance activities by coordinating quality related processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting project reviews, milestones, and mandatory inspection points, including readiness for testing and verification activities
• Managing and maintaining controlled project and quality documentation, including document revisions and releases within structured systems
• Supporting risk management processes and contributing to the development and monitoring of project risk mitigation plans
• Participating in internal audits, customer audits, and supplier assessments, including preparation and follow up of findings
• Overseeing CAPA, deviation management, and change control processes in alignment with QMS requirements
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality performance
• Reporting quality status and supporting communication with internal and external stakeholdersOur requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field3+ years of experience as an independent QMS Coordinator, Quality Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong practical experience in building, maintaining, and improving Quality Management Systems in regulated or normative environments
• Very good practical knowledge of ISO 9001 supported by hands on experience in audits (preparation, participation, and follow up)

Familiarity with ECSS and EN/AS 9100 standards is considered a strong advantage

• Experience working within different regulatory or quality frameworks is a plus
• Practical experience in audits, including preparation, participation, and follow up activities
• Experience supporting quality assurance within projects (e.g. reviews, documentation flow, compliance oversight)

Understanding of configuration control and document management principles

• Knowledge of quality processes such as CAPA, Change Management, Deviations, and Document Control
• Experience with risk management tools such as FMEA
• Understanding of validation, verification, and data integrity principles
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills, ability to work independently, and sense of ownership
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Fluent English written and spoken
