QA manual (with AI knowledge)

Requirements:3+ years of experience in Manual Testing

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
• Strong knowledge of STLC and defect management
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Knowledge of UK banking processes (payments, onboarding, accounts, loans, etc.)

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Excellent English (B2+/C1)

Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in QA activities

Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skillsNice to have:

Experience building or configuring AI agents

Main responsibilities:

Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases

• Document test results and report defects
• Validate business requirements and identify risks
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Compliance teams
• Support Agile delivery processes
• Leverage AI tools to improve test design, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management
• Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and AI adoption
