About the role We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in software testing, a good understanding of testing methodologies, Quality Assurance practices, and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC). The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicates openly, and is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with development teams. This role requires practical experience with programming languages such as C++, C, and Python, as well as advanced English skills at C1 level, and experience in the automotive domain.

Requirements Master’s degree in Computer Science At least 5 years of commercial experience in software testing Minimum 2 years of professional experience in test automation in the automotive sector Hands on experience in applying testing techniques Strong, practical experience with programming languages: C++, C, and Python Experience in analysis of customer needs Proven experience with test case design Experience in reporting complex bugs/issues Familiarity with Agile delivery and Agile mindset concepts Advanced English skills at C1 level, both spoken and written Fluent Polish skills, both spoken and writtenWe offer Fully remote work or the possibility to work from our Warsaw office Choice of cooperation model: employment contract (UoP) or B2B contract Flexible working hours Private medical care (Lux Med or PZU Zdrowie) MyBenefit or Pyszne.pl Self-development opportunities Internal and external training Certification opportunities English/German language lessons with native speakers International teams and projects Choice of working environment (Mac/Linux/Windows)
