Project Manager - Consultant with French

Project Manager / Consultant with FrenchWe are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant with strong French language skills to support large-scale transformation initiatives in distributed, multicultural environments.

The role combines project and programme delivery, Agile ways of working and consulting, with a strong focus on the Automotive sector and collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation within distributed, multicultural environments.

Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally in a Product Owner role.

Proven experience in the Automotive sector.

Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken.

French: C2 / native or fully bilingual

English: minimum C1Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Science, Engineering or a related field.

Ability to prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively with international teams and clients.

Senior Consultant – additional requirements

For the Senior level, we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, preferably focused on Digital and Agile Transformations.

Strong proven experience in at least one of the following areas:

Service

• Now
• Data Visualisation
• Advanced Agile Transformation
• Proven experience working with France-based clients, particularly in AMOE or AMOA roles.

Staff Consultant – additional requirements

For the Staff level:

Initial proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives for French clients.

Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment and work with senior stakeholders.

Additional Information

Experience in the Public Sector will be considered an advantage.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work across business, technology and international stakeholder groups.
