Project Management Intern

Student Internship in Project Management Our partner from the electrical engineering industry is offering a paid internship for the position of Project Management Intern.

This job posting is part of the recruitment process conducted under the Futureship program and is intended for program participants.

The project is aimed at young people aged 18–24, particularly those with a refugee background from Ukraine, who want to develop their professional skills, learn about the Polish job market, and gain practical experience.

• Position: Project Management Intern
• Location: Aleksandrów Łódzki, Łódź, Poland
• Work Model: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days working from home)

Availability: 20-30h per week

Duration: 3 months (01.10.2026 – 31.12.2026)📌 Responsibilities

Managing your own projects, starting with simpler ones and gradually taking on more advanced projects (with support from other Project Managers)

Coordinating projects from the moment an order is received and a Purchase Order is created through to shipment of the product to the customer

• Coordinating activities with various departments, including Planning, Production, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), in line with customer requirements
• Communicating and collaborating with internal customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating project changes
• Organizing shipments and supporting logistics processes, including transportation documentation, customs clearance, and transport-related formalities🎯 Requirements
• Active student status (preferably 3rd-year in Logistics, Transport, Project Management, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field) – with confirmation
• English language skills – B2 level
• Knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team🚀 What We Offer
