Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience (preferably within medical devices or a clinical environment)
higher education degree (medical, life sciences, or related field preferred)
fluent Polish and English at a business communication level
experience working with healthcare professionals or within hospital settings is a strong advantage
understanding of public procurement processes in Poland
strong communication and relationship-building skills
well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently
familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

delivering product and clinical education to healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, and hospital staff)
driving adoption and effective use of products across hospital departments, including intensive care, emergency, post-surgical, neonatal, and paediatric units
supporting product evaluations and implementation processes within healthcare facilities
building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
identifying opportunities to influence clinical practice and increase awareness of product solutions
monitoring market trends and collaborating with internal teams to support business strategy execution
