About Surveily

Surveily is the AI safety and operations intelligence company for industrial workplaces. We build our own AI and video-analytics product that turns the cameras companies already have into an intelligent system — detecting hazards in real time and preventing incidents before they happen. We operate at the intersection of AI and Industry 4.0, solving a high-priority business problem around workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Our platform integrates with 95% of existing digital camera infrastructure, and our customers have seen a 1152% increase in unsafe-behaviour visibility, 72% fewer safety incidents, and a 25% reduction in LTIR.

Industrial and logistics leaders already trust Surveily — including Arcelor

Mittal, Veolia, InPost, Orlen, Saint-Gobain and Unilever. We have a working product, live deployments abroad, and a sales process that delivers results. As we scale, we want someone whose entire job is to make sure the market understands exactly why we win — and to arm every deal with the proof.

About the Role

Internally, we call this role the Narrative Architect. You own how Surveily is positioned, understood, and sold: the story, the messaging, the proof, and the enablement that turns a technical product into a decision the buying committee can defend.

This is a first hire into the function. You won't inherit a messaging framework — you'll write it, test it against real buyers, and rebuild it as the category moves. Where our Demand Generation team owns the inbound and ABM motion, you own the substance it runs on: the positioning, the launches, the battlecards, the customer proof, and the answers to the objections that decide enterprise deals.

You are equal parts strategist, storyteller, and researcher. You're comfortable in a technical conversation, you talk to customers constantly, and you treat positioning as a hypothesis to be validated — not a workshop output. Our buyers are EHS Directors, plant managers, IT security leads, DPOs and procurement teams. They verify every claim, so the story has to be both ambitious and true.

What You'll Own

Positioning & Messaging

Own Surveily's positioning, message house, and value propositions — for the company, the platform, and each core segment (heavy industry, logistics, energy, manufacturing).

Translate a technical product into language each seat on the buying committee actually cares about — safety outcomes for EHS, architecture and data residency for IT and legal, payback for finance.

Keep the message consistent everywhere it lands: website, decks, outreach, RFPs, events, and product UI copy.

Competitive Intelligence & Category Strategy

Maintain a live view of the competitive field — who they are, what they claim, how they price, where they're weak — and turn it into battlecards sales can use in the room.

Run win/loss interviews and feed the findings straight back into positioning, pricing conversations, and product priorities.

Shape how we define the category rather than letting competitors define it for us.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

Own go-to-market for new capabilities end to end — narrative, launch assets, enablement, internal readiness, and post-launch measurement.

Build the launch plan for our AI assistant and the roadmap that follows it.

Decide what we say, when we say it, and what evidence has to exist before we say it.

Sales Enablement & Proof

Build the assets that move deals: pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI and business-case material, objection handling, discovery guides, RFP answer banks.

Turn deployments into proof — case studies, benchmark data, reference stories — working with customers and our data team to get numbers we can stand behind.

Train and support the sales team on new messaging, and measure whether it's actually being used and whether it's working.

Market & Buyer Insight

Talk to customers, prospects, and lost deals continuously; own the qualitative signal the rest of the company runs on.

Define and sharpen the ICP, buyer personas, and buying-committee map with Sales and Demand Generation.

Feed real-world signal back to Product so what we build and what we promise stay in sync.

What You'll Bring4–6 years in product marketing, or in adjacent roles with hands-on ownership of positioning and go-to-market, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

Proven positioning work. You've taken a technical product and made it understandable, differentiated, and defensible — and you can show the before and after.

Technical credibility. You can hold a serious conversation about how a product actually works, with engineers and with technical buyers, without faking it.

Strong writing. Clear, specific, and free of category noise; you write copy that survives scrutiny from people who check every claim.

Customer proximity. You run discovery and win/loss conversations yourself rather than reading someone else's summary.

Commercial instinct. You measure your work by pipeline influenced, win rates, and deal velocity — not by assets shipped.

Speed, ownership, and bias to action. You ship, measure, and iterate without waiting to be told what to do.

Strong communication in English and Polish, and the instinct to collaborate tightly with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product.

Nice to Have

Experience marketing to enterprise or industrial buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder sales.

Exposure to AI, computer vision, or analytics products.

Experience selling into compliance-sensitive environments — data protection, works councils, security review.

Analyst-relations experience (Verdantix, Gartner and similar).

Basic design or no-code skills for spinning up assets and landing pages fast.

Experience building a product marketing function from scratch.

What We OfferA mission with real impact — your work helps make workplaces safer.

A real positioning mandate — you define how the company is understood, with direct influence on strategy.

Direct collaboration with the founders and commercial leadership.

A fast-paced startup environment with real traction and marquee enterprise customers.

The tools you need to work: phone and laptop.

Competitive salary, on a B2B contract, with room to grow as the function scales.

Hybrid work from our Wrocław office.

What Success Looks LikeA clear, documented positioning and messaging framework that Sales, Marketing, and Product all use by default.

Sales materials that get used in real deals — and measurable improvement in win rate against named competitors.

Launches that land: every new capability reaches the market with a story, proof, and an enabled sales team.

Customer proof that keeps compounding — a growing library of case studies and benchmark data our buyers trust.

Recruitment ProcessWe will contact only selected candidates whose CV clearly demonstrates the skills and competencies we are looking for. The process consists of a CV review, a 5-minute phone call, a 30-minute video interview, and a 90-minute in-person interview with Assessment Center elements. We will get back to you at the end of each stage.
