Your responsibilities would includesmanaging Price List processmanaging different kinds of discountsmanaging approval processstandardising and optimising processes across OpCosproviding OpCo specific insights if requiredapplying deep knowledge of E2E systems and pricing & discounts process and digital skills in order to identify root causes of potential issuesidentifying risk and preventing them in the proactive wayensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting any improvements as appropriateworking collaboratively with other teams (e.g Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the processsupporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standardsregularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of Pricing and Discounts opportunities and issuesdriving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development planmaintaining complete and up to date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have: fluent English (B2/C1)strong analytical skillsattention to detailsability to work with large amount of dataability to work with different systemswritten and verbal communication skillsstakeholder management skillsvery good understanding of end2end Order to Cash processbusiness knowledgeexperience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)mind-set and Behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behavioursstrong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

You are a perfect match if you also have:fluent Italian (B2/C1).
