Operations Manager - Process & AutomationWe’re looking for an experienced Operations & Automation Manager to help us design, implement, and automate the operational backbone of a growing tech company.

This role is for someone who not only maps and improves processes, but can also build them hands-on using automation tools. You’ll bring clarity to how we work, define ownership and decision-making using frameworks like RACI and DACI, and turn operational concepts into scalable, working systems.

If you enjoy turning chaos into structure - and structure into automation - this role is for you.

What you’ll doDesign, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes across teams.

Translate business needs into clear workflows, responsibilities, and decision paths (using frameworks like RACI / DACI).

Build and maintain automations yourself - from simple workflows to more complex, cross-tool processes.

Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone activities and replace them with scalable automated solutions.

Select, configure, and optimize operational tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n, internal dashboards).

Ensure processes are not only designed, but actually adopted - through documentation, training, and clear ownership.

Partner closely with leadership to turn company goals into practical operational systems.

Improve cross-team collaboration by defining interfaces, handoffs, and responsibilities.

Track operational performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on data and feedback.

Act as a hands-on problem solver, removing operational bottlenecks and enabling teams to work more effectively.

What we’re looking forProven experience in an Operations Manager / Business Operations / Operational Excellence role.

Strong hands-on experience with process automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n or similar).

Ability to go beyond mapping processes - you can build, test, and iterate on them yourself.

Practical knowledge of responsibility and decision-making frameworks such as RACI and DACI.

Experience working with data, dashboards, or analytics to monitor operational performance.

Strong systems thinking: you understand how people, processes, and tools interact.

Excellent communication skills - able to turn complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.

High ownership mindset, comfortable driving change and ensuring accountability.

Experience in a fast-growing or scaling organization is a strong plus.

Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+).

What we offer8500 - 14 500 PLN net + VAT monthly, B2B100% remote setup and flexible hours Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport 🏃‍♂️‍➡️Referral bonuses

Equipment of your choice (MacBook by default)
