Scope:

Design, lead and oversee the implementation of One Identity and support operations, providing hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams, managing configuration, customization, and integration as Solution Architect

Review and govern operational runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident/change management procedures for the IAM platform.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives including version upgrades, performance tuning, automation of access provisioning workflows, and reduction of technical debt across group environments.

Serve as the subject matter expert bridging IT security, business stakeholders, and group-level governance bodies.

Lead knowledge transfer sessions, maintain solution documentation, mentor junior team members.
