Native English Teacher (Preschool)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and caring Native English Speaker to join our friendly team at a modern Polish-English preschool. About the Role

As our Native English Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a fully immersive English-speaking environment where children naturally acquire language through daily routines, play, songs, stories, and hands-on activities.

You will work alongside Polish teachers in a collaborative, supportive, and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging daily English lessons for preschool children.
• Teach English using a language immersion approach, communicating with children exclusively in English throughout the day.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and educational materials.
• Organise and lead songs, games, storytelling, movement activities, and creative projects.
• Support children's language development through everyday interactions and play.
• Prepare classroom decorations, displays, and learning materials in English.
• Participate in organising preschool celebrations, performances, and special events.
• Collaborate closely with Polish teachers and other members of the educational team.
• Observe children's progress and contribute to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Native English Speaker (e.g. from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand).
• At least one year of experience working with preschool or early years children.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Positive attitude, creativity, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Teaching are an advantage but are not essential.
