Who are we looking for?

We are seeking teachers who:

are native speakers of English,

can confidently teach learners from A1 to C1/C2 levels,

enjoy working with adult learners and business professionals,

are reliable, communicative, and well-organised,

are interested in building a long-term partnership rather than a short-term commitment,

bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Your responsibilities

• Delivering individual and group classes (online and/or on-site),
• Teaching primarily adult learners and corporate clients,
• Following established teaching schedules,
• Monitoring students’ progress and supporting their development,
• Recording attendance and lesson topics in our intuitive online system,
• Preparing short end-of-semester reports,
• Contributing to the high teaching standards that define Eklektika.

What we expect

• At least 2 years of teaching experience,
• Experience in business English training will be an advantage,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organisational abilities and reliability,
• A positive attitude and professional approach,
• The legal right to work in Poland (for on-site positions).
