We are an accredited International Cambridge institution looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher / Co-teacher to join our vibrant preschool community.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English (preferably with a US or UK/GB accent). Candidates from countries where English is a primary or official language are highly welcome.
  • Experience in working with children (essential).
  • Availability to work full-time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • A degree or qualification in pedagogy/education (this is a strong asset, though not mandatory).
  • Great teamwork and communication skills, readiness to work within the International Cambridge Early Years framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting early childhood education activities completely in English.
  • Working as a co-teacher (nauczyciel współorganizujący) for a 12-month onboarding period under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
  • Creating a supportive, immersive language environment for preschool children.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement the Cambridge Early Years curriculum.
