Harmony Montessori Park is a bilingual Montessori educational organization operating in Warsaw since 2020. We are now opening our very first Montessori nursery in Białystok, located at Baranowicka 118.
We are looking for passionate and caring individuals who would like to help us create a nurturing environment for young children — a place built on respect, calm, independence, and high professional standards.
You do not need previous Montessori experience. If you enjoy working with children, are eager to learn, and would like to grow professionally, we will support you in developing Montessori competencies and qualifications.
This is a unique opportunity to help build the first Harmony Montessori Park nursery in Białystok and have a real impact on its development from the very beginning.

Your responsibilities
- co-creating and implementing the Montessori program in a nursery group (children aged 4 months to 3 years),
- providing attentive, caring, and responsive childcare,
- supporting children's individual development,
- maintaining developmental observations and documentation,
- building positive partnerships with parents,
- caring for the prepared Montessori environment, including its educational value, organization, cleanliness, and aesthetics,
- participating in planning and improving the daily work of the group,
- engaging in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Essential
- minimum secondary education,
- experience working with young children is an advantage,
- strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct,
- responsibility and good organizational skills,
- ability to work collaboratively,
- positive attitude and willingness to learn.
We are looking for both:
- English native speakers,
- and Polish-speaking educators and caregivers.
Knowledge of a second language (English or Polish) sufficient for everyday communication will be considered an advantage.
Preferred
- qualifications allowing work with children under the age of three,
- educational or pedagogical background,
- Montessori training or experience,
- willingness to obtain Montessori qualifications,
- additional talents or interests that may enrich our program (music, arts, languages, sports, etc.).
