Contract type: B2BCapacity: Full-timeRate: 100–150 PLN + VAT / h🚀 About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join Kyotu Technology and work on modern mobile applications for our clients.

We are looking for someone highly independent, who can take ownership of an application and confidently drive it from initial requirements and technical decisions through development, release, and production support.

This role is a great fit for a developer who is comfortable working with limited supervision, proactively solves problems, and has already successfully delivered several commercial mobile applications end-to-end.

Whether your main expertise is Flutter, native iOS, or Android, what matters most to us is your ability to take responsibility for the product and get things done.

We also expect our engineers to actively use modern AI tools as part of their daily development workflow to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.💡 Who we are

Our teams have real influence on technical and architectural decisions.🧠 Your responsibilitiesdesign, develop, and maintain modern mobile applicationstake ownership of the development process from requirements to productionindependently make technical decisions and propose solutionscollaborate with product, backend, QA, and business teamsintegrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party servicesoptimize application performance, stability, and user experienceensure high code quality through testing and engineering best practicesmanage application deployment, releases, and production supportproactively identify technical issues and propose improvementsactively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality🧩 Must havesminimum 5 years of commercial experience in mobile application developmentstrong commercial experience with at least one mobile technology: Flutter, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin)experience independently delivering at least several commercial mobile applications end-to-endexperience owning the full application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, release, and production supportexperience with Node.jsexperience integrating REST APIs and third-party servicesgood understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and application lifecycleexperience with application publishing, release management, and maintenance for App Store and/or Google Playexperience working with Git and CI/CD workflowspractical experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, as part of everyday software developmenthigh level of independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solvingability to make technical decisions without constant supervisionability to communicate effectively with both engineering and business stakeholders
