Mechanical Engineer - Quality & Documentation (f/m/x)

We are looking for a specialist with experience in quality and technical documentation for mechanical parts. The person in this role will be responsible for defining quality requirements, preparing inspection documentation, and cooperating with international R& D teams in product development. The position requires regular presence at the client’s site in Niepołomice (minimum 2 days per week).

Your tasks

• Creating, analyzing, and updating technical and quality documentation for mechanical components
• Developing control plans and inspection plans in line with quality and production requirements
• Defining and verifying material and quality requirements for products
• Collaborating with R& D teams to define special product characteristics
• Supporting production processes by analyzing quality issues and implementing improvement actions
• Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Practical knowledge and experience with GD& T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

Experience in process quality, product quality, process engineering, or mechanical design

• Ability to prepare control plans and inspection plans and interpret quality requirements
• Willingness to work on-site at the client’s location in Niepołomice at least 2 days per week and to work in an international environment
• Advanced Polish and English
• Nice-to-have requirements
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Knowledge and experience in special processes, both technically and in auditing
