Master Data Operations Specialist

Support the full process of supplier creation and updates., Ensure the accurate creation and maintenance of supplier profiles., Contact suppliers via email and phone to verify bank details and resolve complex issues., Update financial system data in alignment with company policies, ensuring high data quality., Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation., Handle complex customer requests and queries, providing advanced issue resolution., Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, acting as an escalation point.. Very good English skills required., At least 2 years of experience in finance in the shared service or BPO environment., Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with customers (customer focus, expectations management skills)., Ability to work in international diversified professional environment. Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting the daily work., Thorough understanding of finance processes and respective control framework., Problem solving, priority setting, planning, delegation, directing others, managing and evaluating work capabilities.
