Marketing Operations Specialist

  • Terra
  • Eye, Wrocław (hybrid)
  • full time
  • reports to the Head of Sales, works daily with the Head of Marketing (part time)

What this role isTerra

Eye builds an exploration targeting platform for the mining industry. Our marketing runs on a publishing calendar: LinkedIn posts from the team, case studies, educational content, email campaigns, occasional press releases. The goal is education and credibility with geologists and exploration managers, not volume.

Our Head of Marketing sets direction, writes and edits. Several people across the company are expected to publish and supply material on a fixed cadence. They are busy, senior and not marketers. Your job is to keep the calendar moving anyway.

You will maintain the content calendar, schedule and publish posts, run email sends, update the website, prepare simple visuals from templates, collect metrics and chase drafts, screenshots, approvals and data from the team.

This is an execution role. You will not define positioning or write strategy. If you like a calendar where every row ends up marked Published, read on.

The three things that make someone great here

Consistent, likeable follow-through.

You get a draft out of a senior colleague with a short, friendly message, and you do it again next week. You track every open item, know what is blocked and by whom, and flag it before the date slips. 'I will do it tomorrow' goes into your system as a date, not a promise.

Order and tooling.

Notion, LinkedIn scheduling, an email tool, a website CMS, Canva. You keep these tidy, set up simple routines so work flows through them, and measure what gets published and how it performs. You report it weekly without being asked.

Enough editorial eye to apply the guidelines.

Each team member has a defined voice and a set of rules for what a post must and must not do. You check a draft against those rules and return it with specific fixes. You do not soften a rule because the author is senior, and you do not rewrite what the Head of Marketing has approved. You are comfortable with technical content about geology, satellites and mining, and you ask when you do not understand something.

What you will own

  • The publishing calendar: posts published on their date, assets ready ahead of time
  • Email campaigns and newsletter sends
  • Website content updates and case study publishingA weekly one-page status: what shipped, what is late, who owns it, what it produced
  • Taking marketing coordination off the Head of Sales
  • Who we are looking for1 to 3 years in marketing coordination, content operations or a similar hands-on role, ideally B2BFluent written English; Polish for daily work with the teamHands-on with Notion (or equivalent), LinkedIn as a business channel, an email marketing tool and a website CMS
