About the project

Your responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex incidents managed through ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring proper prioritization, documentation, SLA compliance, and escalation.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across Azure infrastructure, VMs, storage, networking, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Investigate Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, M365 Apps, Conditional Access, DNS, NSGs, Private Endpoints, VPN, and ExpressRoute issues.
• Monitor and analyze Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender alerts using logs, workbooks, and KQL queries.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate incident resolution across technical teams.
• Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Intune, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support infrastructure-as-code processes using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation, scripts, operational runbooks, and change records.
• Communicate technical findings, business impact, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Strong experience in L3 support, cloud operations, or infrastructure support.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10/11, and FSLogix.
• Good understanding of networking, including DNS, NSGs, routing, Private Endpoints, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender, diagnostic logs, and KQL.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, version control, and CI/CD.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira and structured incident and change management processes.
• English on an advanced level (min. B2)
