Zakres obowiązków We are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to join a growing finance team and support business operations through high-quality financial analysis, performance management, and decision support. Support business leaders with financial insights and recommendations to improve performance. Prepare regular management reports, profitability analyses, and business performance reviews. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyze business results, variances, trends, and operational performance drivers. Support investment evaluations, business cases, and CAPEX projects. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, procurement, and other departments to support decision-making. Develop and improve reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical tools. Deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations for local and international management teams. Wymagania Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP& A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance function. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Good command of English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail combined with strong business understanding. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis. Understanding of production costing and operational finance.
