Junior Road Engineer

The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Responsibilities:

Working on the design of highways, roads, streets, and land development projects of all sizes on Danish or Swedish market; Prepare road design documentation by project requirements and standards; Design a variety of road engineering projects from conception through to completion; Deliver design tasks within schedule and budget; Collaborate on the preparation of reports, proposals and presentations as needed.

Our requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;1+ years of experience in road engineering or related work; Experience with software such as Bentley Microstation/Openroads/Inroads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D; Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment and willingness to visit our offices in Poland as needed; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);

Nice to have: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
