Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish

Zakres obowiązków Publisher Acquisition: Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners. Onboarding & Support: Assisting new publishers during setup, handling day-to-day inquiries (regarding offers, platform use, and billing), and liaising with internal teams. Data & Offer Management: Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems. Quality Assurance: Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines. Reporting: Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities. Wymagania Business Communication: Strong written/verbal communication skills with a partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette. Languages: Spanish C1 (fluency on business level), English B2. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow established procedures, and a willingness to learn and accept feedback. Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building. Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs) and strong web research skills. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana). Familiarity with admin panels or order fulfillment workflows (B2B/e-commerce). Ability to compile basic data reports and summaries in spreadsheets.
