The airline relationship on your cases: following up, verifying responses, and chasing payment on approved claims.

What success looks like after your first 3 months:
In your first 90 days, you'll go from learning the airline claims process to independently managing a full caseload - assessing claims, submitting them to airlines, and pushing them through to payment. By month four, you'll be hitting the same performance, quality, and customer satisfaction bar as the rest of the team, and you'll understand the airline industry's compensation rules better than most people who fly every week.
